Pet Policy

We pride ourselves in being a pet friendly community! 
To keep a furry family member at this property, you must pay a non-refundable pet deposit of $350 per pet. A monthly pet rent of $15 per animal is also required.
We allow up to 2 animals, dogs or cats.
Dogs cannot exceed 50 lbs and all animals must be spayed or neutered.
Veterinarian records and proof of updated vaccinations must also be provided.
